Amanda Knox

Between 2007 and 2015, Amanda Knox spent four years in an Italian prison and eight years on trial for a murder she didn’t commit. She is now a host of the podcast Hard Knox, author of the New York Times best-selling memoir Waiting to Be Heard, and Free: My Search for Meaning. Her writing can also be found in The Atlantic, The Free Press, The LA Times, and many other places. She sits on the advisory council for the Frederick Douglass Project for Justice, is on The Innocence Center Board of Directors, and she is the recipient of the 2024 Innocence Network Impact Award.
